The Red Green Show: 2001 Season o— This unique hybrid of sitcom, sketch comedy series and home improvement show features characters who are none-too-bright and desperate to take the easy way out. Leader of the Possum Lodge, Red (Steve Smith), his nephew Harold (Patrick McKenna) and his friend Dalton (Bob Bainborough) have their own TV show in which they give less-than-helpful lessons on how to repair things and how to catch fish or camp. The three-disc set contains 414 minutes of footage.

Before He Was on TV Bob Bainborough had originally wanted to become a doctor. However, shortly after registering to begin pre-med he decided to switch majors and earn a degree in the Fine Arts from the University of Alberta in Edmonton. He began his on the road between Alberta and Saskatchewan working in regional theatre, and in 1990, he directed for the Mainstage Wing of the Second City Company.
