Use this when you are taking part in outdoor activities such as camping and hiking for an extended period of time. The Family Bug Guard lotions are also SPF 30 and are good for any daytime activity such as park events, sporting events, etc. SSS Bug Guard Picaridin comes in an aerosol or a pump spray. Use this one for outdoor evening activities between dusk and dawn. This product does not contain SPF protection. Use this one for barbeques, picnics, sporting events, etc.
