I take a blood thinner for my mechanical heart valve; which negates my use of ibuprofen or naproxen sodium for cramps AND causes a terribly heavy period. Having INFINITY pads to rely on is a HUGE relief (Since they came on the market, I've only overflowed ONCE, overnight when the pad shifted in my sleep; it helps to wear bike shorts to prevent shifting of any pad). I go through about 75% as many pads per cycle as I used to as no corner of the pad is wasted. And I swear I need less acetaminophen for aches and cramping because of the mental relief of knowing my pad will hold. I thought Always Ultra pads were the best until now!
