I'm a hardworker and would be quite offensed if i were asked to take my ring out. Having a piercing dosn't change the work you do. Has anyone ever been asked to take out earrings because it makes them less competent? No, just as a small nose stud should not change ppls perception of you! Although i do have to agree that too many, and too large piercings would indeed create a bad image and should be kept at the minimal.
