BELT ANDHOLSTER - for the 'Han Solo' type blaster Use with these costumes: X-wing pilot, Nein Numb, Corellian pilot (Han Solo). NEW INSTRUCTIONS: Update: I have recently discovered black web work belts at the local hardwarestores. I recommend using these instead of making a belt out of black vinyl. The work belts are only $4. Materials needed: Black work belt, black vinyl, black cloth tape, pop rivets,Blastech DL-44 pistol, plastic For Sale sign, silver spraypaint. Cut out the belt buckle from the plastic For Sale sign and spray paint itsliver. Pattern: This is preferable to the cardboardused below - it will save you from messing with velcro and glue. The buckle may beriveted on to the black work belt as shown in the picture, or can be incorporated in tothe belt/holster combination shown below.
Han Solo is the renegade of the Star Wars universe, featured in the first three Star Wars films (episodes 4-6) by George Lucas. Han Solo is a swashbuckler in space, laser-blaster in hand, ready to take on any fight against any enemy. The Han Solo Halloween costume is an excellent choice for those ready to take on the Empire and all those ghouls and goblins. Here, you'll learn how to make a Han Solo Halloween costume.
The most difficult part of the Han Solo Halloween costume is the belt and laser blaster holster. The belt hangs around Han's waist, and is a bit too large to fit well. It needs to droop down and inch or two from fitting correctly. The laser blaster is on the right side of his leg, although if you're left handed, you should probably do it on the left side.
