Every year the Congratulatory Messages Program coordinates thousands of official greetings for the residents of British Columbia on significant birthdays and wedding anniversaries. Please note that nine weeks notice is required for greetings. While we are pleased to accept requests with less than the required notice, we cannot guarantee that the messages will be provided by the celebration date.
