Chili Billy appears in Banjo Tooie as one of the main bosses in Hailfire peaks. Chili Billy, and his brother, Chilly Willy will both challenge you at different sides of Hailfire Peaks to battles. Once you have beaten both Chilly Willy and Chili Billy, the one you defect last will reward you with a Jiggie. Chili Billy's speed and strength will vary on if you have beaten Chilly Willy first or not. If you beat Chili Willy first, he will be much weaker than his brother, Chilly Willy. To defect Chili Willy, shoot ice eggs from Kazooie, and dodge Chili Billy's attacks by hiding around various shields around the circular path around Chili Billy.
Cardille is probably best known as Chilly Billy, the host of Chiller Theatre, a late night Saturday program that showed horror and science fiction films. It is this program for which Cardille is best remembered, earning him his famed nickname. The program aired from 1963 until its cancellation in 1983. Joe Flaherty, a Pittsburgh native, acknowledges this show as an influence in the formation of the popular Monster Chiller Horror Theatre sketches on SCTV.
