Barbara Finlay serves as Director of Human Resources for the College, managing the employment, payroll, and risk management functions. She develops, recommends, and implements employment, compensation, and benefits programs and policies, runs payroll, and manages the liability, property, and specialty insurance policies for the College. She also manages the student employment and payroll.
