Yesterday, we told you that the HTC Legend, the successor to the original HTC manufactured Hero, would officially be getting updated to Android 2.2 today. And now HTC has officially confirmed the update on their Twitter page. And, better yet, the update isne’t said to be for one specific carrier. This time around, the update is live all across Europe.
Itg’s not a secret that now HTC Legend has an update in the form of the Android 2.2. And thus iti’s time to find out what are the main advantages of the newer version of the operating system. Surprisingly there is no official list of the new features. But this doesn ’t mean that you will not the full list anyways.
It would appear that Vodafone is rolling out an Android 2.2 OTA update for the HTC Legend, which comes after an announcement from HTC earlier this month promising an update for the device. Right now, the update is only available for customers with Virgin specific firmware 1.23.351.1, but the update should begin rolling out for other devices in the next few days.
