BY FAR the best resource for all Clockwork Orange costumes is this site, the most comprehensive fansite for the movie, book, and Malcolm McDowell. If you want to make your own costume, DEFINITELY look there first. Itn’s on geocities and tends to break down a lot, but check back later if it doesn.’t work.

Hi hi hi there, my little droogies.  We do a lot of cosplay galleries here on Unreality, but people dress up as characters from media besides video games.  Like movies.  One such character is Alex DeLarge, the ultaviolent yet charming protagonist from A Clockwork Orange.  The crotch cup, the white shirt and pants, and of course the false eyelashes (on only one eye) are easily recognizable as Alex

Stanley Kubrick's film, A Clockwork Orange, is a cult classic that was released in 1971. The film, based on the novella of the same name by Anthony Burgess, tells the story of Alex, a hooligan, and his band of thugs who go around terrorizing a not-so-distant-future London. Through the course of the film, Alex is eventually betrayed by his fellow hooligans, is arrested and undergoes a type of aversion therapy. Later, when he is released, some of his previous victims extract their revenge on Alex.

A Clockwork Orange (1971) is producer-director-screenwriter Stanley Kubrick's randomly ultra-violent, over-indulgent, graphically-stylized film of the near future. It was a terrifying, gaudy film adaptation of Anthony Burgess' 1962 satiric, futuristic novel of the same name. This was Kubrick's ninth feature film, appearing between 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968) and Barry Lyndon (1975).
