I bought the cap 300 lb weight set from the dick's store, i weighed my entire set and this is what i came up with45's weighed 47.4 and 45.235's weighed 34 and 36.425's weighed 25.6 and 25.210's were both right on5's weighed 5.4, 5.6, 5.6 , & 5.62.5er's weighed 2.8 & 2.845lb olympic bar weighs in at 39lbsso yes the weights are a little inaccurate, but do you really want to pay between 500-600 dollars for a set that is dead on, not me i paid [$] plus tax for my set, all and all not a bad set for the money, keep in mind they can afford to give theese to you at a cheaper price becuz they are mass produced and not calibrated. so you have to ask your self am i willing to pay an extra 300 bucks to have oerfectly accurate weights, sorry but the way this econmoy is, I'll take the cap set
