You can try Lynn Lugo bm dresses (I especially like the idea of letting bms pick different gray dresses that they like and adding yellow sashes of various sorts, but you can certainly specify one cut) and JCrew also has adorable gray bm dresses (color is d"graphitet") that would look lovely with a yellow flower pin (maybe from etsy? I'm sure you could find something like that there).
We're doing grey BM dresses, but I had to go with a Belsioe dress b/c grey wasn't popular when I chose them, haha. In fact, I was all set to go with one designer, and they discontinued the grey! But J.Crew's dresses are lovely. I love the pic that's posted above. If you did a plain grey dress, you could jazz it up with the yellow accents, rather than getting a dress that's grey and yellow, you know?
Yellow and Gray is a delectably modern color combination. Nonetheless, I2'm finding that yellow and gray are exceedingly versatile too. The trick to recasting this uber modern color palette into the epitome of rustic elegance is to add lots of rough texture. Ruffles at the end of bridesmaids dresses, chunky succulents, and rough hewn wooden tables and wicker chairs lend an air of rustic chic. I also like the hints of white milk glass. Milk glass is one of those amazing details that is at once modern and rustic looking.
