Their bones are a bit softer, and their skin is thicker. Haven't you ever seen a toddler fall flat on their face, get up, giggle, and run away? I've seen toddlers sustain injuries that would make grown-ups cry in pain.
Hi. My son Daniel is 18 months old, and the second born of twins(non identical boys). Without comparing him to his brother, I have noticed some unusual behaviour. Daniel makes eye contact when it suits him, makes repetitive rocking movements, appears deaf at times, answers to his name when it suits him, just started waving goodbye, stands on tiptoe when standing or walking, has unnaccounted for fits of temper etc. etcl…What is your opinion? We expressed our concerns to a peadiatrician when he had his 12 month check, and he thought he seemed fine, but reccommended a check at 20 months. Am I just being paranoid?
